Second chances built on dignity, voice, and opportunity.
Her Voice Foundation exists to close the gap between young mothers, at-risk girls, and the practical support they need to rebuild their lives and lead their communities.

Founder & Executive Director, Her Voice Foundation
"Our response must not leave behind girls who are living these realities every day."
Africa's response to teenage pregnancy, child marriage, money marriage, and school dropouts must shift from sympathy to systemic empowerment.
When a teenage mother drops out of school, it is rarely because she lacks intelligence. It is because she lacks childcare, transportation, financial starter tools, safe spaces, and someone fighting for her right to belong.
"The second-chance pathways we build are not about pity. They are about dignity, education, livelihoods, rights, and justice."
Mission
To equip teenage mothers and at-risk girls with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives, access education, earn with dignity, and participate in decisions that shape their futures.
Vision
A world where every teenage mother and at-risk girl can live with dignity, choice, safety, and opportunity.
Our Story
Her Voice Foundation began with a deep concern for girls whose lives were being interrupted by poverty, teenage pregnancy, harmful cultural practices, and silence.
We build second-chance pathways so that girls can move from shame to dignity, from exclusion to opportunity, from silence to voice, and from survival to leadership.
Why Us
Her Voice Foundation works where the need is urgent, where the barriers are complex, and where girls are often missing from the decisions made about them.

Our Journey So Far
What second chances have made possible.
girls directly supported through Her Voice Foundation’s second-chance education, livelihood, health, protection, and advocacy programmes.
of the girls who have received our support report stronger independence — they are making decisions, earning income, caring for their children with dignity, and creating ripple effects in their families and communities.
people reached through grassroots and media advocacy, helping shift public conversations on teenage pregnancy, child marriage, harmful practices, girls’ education, and second-chance opportunities.
community leaders, men, and boys engaged as allies in our work to end child marriage, challenge harmful practices, support young mothers, and keep girls in school.

Our Model Difference
Built around the whole girl, not just one part of her life.
Traditional programmes often isolate girls into single categories. We see the whole girl.
We do not see young mothers only as mothers
She is a student, an innovator, a creator, and a future community leader.
We do not see out-of-school girls as dropouts
We recognize the systemic barriers that excluded her and build flexible pathways back.
We do not see survivors through limitation
We partner with survivors as advocates who shape policy and lead change.
We demand systemic accountability
We work directly with traditional rulers, men, and government to enforce rights.
We see girls with rights, dreams, intelligence, courage, and futures worth investing in.
Theory of Change
How we create change
We are closing the gap between the futures girls still dream of and the systems that have left them behind.
